CONCRETE STEEL PRESSED PRESSED
Installed hydraulically at Pressure and driven to bedrock to support and level Home or building.
PIER & BEAM WOOD STRUCTURES
This is one of our specialties. We level and raise foundations about 3 to 5 feet in order to create a crawl space and replace old rotten wood. Afterwards we reinforce to whole structure and floors.
TUNNEL SYSTEM
When a structure starts to sink, the best way to keep it from sinking more is to install piers. Other companies will break the floor layer to support the interior concrete beams. Instead of breaking the interior, we make a tunnel to reach the negative area of the structure without disrupting or touching the inside of your home or building.

ROOT STOPPERS (BARRIERS)
A large tree means large roots and roots gravitate towards water. The first thing they go for is plumbing and that is why we recommend planting trees at least 12 ft. away from structure. If you have a tree that is problematic to the foundation or plumbing, we can install barriers to prevent future problems
